Cancellation
More than 56 days - deposit only
30-56 days - 50% of the total cost of the holiday
29-15 days - 80% of the total cost of the holiday
0-14 days - 100% of the total cost of the holiday
Method of payment
Payment may be made by bank transfer or by cheque . Deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday to be paid at the time of booking. Final balance must be paid not later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Insurance
Please ensure that you are adequately insured for sickness, accident, theft and in case you need to cancel your holiday. If you are coming from the UK is important that you carry a European Health and Insurance Card - EHIC (medical assistance for British Citizens Overseas) when travelling in Europe. You can apply for the card online at www.ehic.org.uk. This is not a substitute for travel insurance.

Adjustments to the advertised itinerary or cancellation by us
As the itineraries are planned well in advance, we reserve the right to make small changes in the arrangements if necessary. This does not affect either the quality of the holiday or the botanic interest. Wherever possible, we will inform you in advance of such changes.
Our tours operate with a minimum of 12 people. We reserve the right to cancel the holiday if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, you will be offered the choice of a similar tour at a different time, or alternatively, a full refund.
Hidden Gardens Hidden France cannot accept responsibility for cancellation of tours or parts of tours due to extreme weather conditions e.g. flood; civil disturbance; strikes, or any circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
